Updates for the EAGLE-FR 2022 include a revised profile with shortened string length and boom which, together with improved batten angles, significantly increase stability and further expand the range. The new 2022 panel arrangement increases the use of a high performance monofilm throughout the body of the sail for more direct and explosive acceleration. The S2Maui exclusive superlight and powerful Technora Spacelight™ of S2Maui is arranged in the leech for lightning fast response, incredible lightness and durability. A lot of work has been done on the leech twist, made specific for foil racing with tighter leech tension in the first 3 battens and an incredible, progressive twist pattern from the clew to the head that allows the sail to breathe and adjust for maximum aerodynamic profile efficiency. Higher sail body tension, flatter profile, more forward draft, large mast pocket and high carbon tubular battens give the EAGLE-FR 2022 incredible stability allowing the rider to maintain a perfect trim and body position.
