DESCRIPTION:
New-school compact wave board for trick-oriented waveriding and sliding moves. Great fun in "dirty" conditions. Super planing, fast and loose it allows fast turns with small and medium-sized waves. Particularly suitable for European On-shore conditions with soft waves.
The short and compact outline offers great maneuverability and an enormous wind range, and thanks to the 5 box configuration it becomes super versatile and adaptable to any condition and style (Quad-Thruster-Twin)
The limited length and compactness, combined with a fast rocker, help you jump high even on small waves.
The parallel edges mean that it has a smaller maximum width than a traditional shape, this gives a double advantage, feeling of a board with a lower volume but planing with a higher volume. Furthermore, the parallel edges make for fast "rail-to-rail" transactions. The low volume leading edges offer great grip, responsiveness and fast response.
The swallow tail transmits a very loose feeling for a "skate feeling" and generates speed in the curves.
Compared to the first prototype in our possession, we asked to narrow the board in the central part for better stability in the air and to add some volume under the front feet for a better planing cue and for float-and- laughs. The rounded profile of the bow gives the board better overcoming of foams during the non-planing phase and control in the chop. Here too we worked a lot on 3D to have a multipurpose shape that paired with the right rocker.
