The DRAGON 2025 ULTRA-HMPE™ is the absolute novelty for 2025, the DRAGON ULTRA was conceived with the goal of creating the lightest and most durable high-performance 4-batten wave sail in the world. Starting from the original S2Maui DRAGON, which has long led the wave category as the lightest, most durable, and high-performance sail. The DRAGON ULTRA is made entirely of DYNEEMA, reducing weight by 25-30% compared to industry standards, with only 85 g/square meter (high modulus polyethylene, the strongest fiber in the world)

New for 2025: ULTRA-HMPE™ is the super premium, ultra-lightweight, and high-tech construction that S2Maui uses for this version. ULTRA-HMPE™ from S2Maui is the lightest and most tear-resistant fabric currently available for windsurf sail construction
ULTRA-HMPE™ is an ultra-high modulus polyethylene Dyneema base fabric that is incredibly strong and laminated together with Technora™ X-ply
2) Dyneema is the strongest fiber in the world, 15 times stronger than steel, yet so light it floats on water.
3) 65-70% lighter than the industry standard X-ply and 40% lighter than most "lightweight" materials from other brands, while possessing much higher tear resistance. 4) Not just a few Dyneema fibers, but a 100% Dyneema woven fabric with incredible tensile strength, tear resistance, and super lightweight.
5) Warp-oriented to perfectly work with S2Maui's original load-oriented panel layouts WARP-PATH™, evenly distributing tension throughout the sail body.
