The 2025 Catalyst Carbon + Tech "The pure surfing sail"  is perfect for wave in clean side, side-off conditions, and the aggressive down-the-line riding of Camille Juban.

The sail with which Camille won the World Cup PWA/IWT Chile 2024 and Peru 2024.  The S2Maui Catalyst 2025 unleashes the explosive energy that perfectly matches Camille Juban's aggressive "down the line riding" style. Camille flew directly to Maui after the victory in Chile to help us with the testing and development of the 2025 model. Built with the new premium quality Carbon+Tech construction, extremely durable and low stretch, and with Hyper-Blue Carbon Spacelight™ it is load-oriented in the lower body of the sail for excellent profile stability, while a transition to the superlight, with the durable and responsive Technora™ Spacelight™ in the upper part, reduces swing weight and offers a smooth and responsive Leech twist, expanding the wind-range in gusty and offshore conditions. 

For 2025 careful tuning of the Catalyst shape was done along with new materials, creating an incredibly stable and balanced profile and a cleaner and more progressive Leech twist. After various tests with Camille, the perfect combination of power, drive, stability, and super responsive handling was achieved, which was the goal of the new Catalyst 2025

The Catalyst  benefits from S2Maui™ GRADIENT CONCEPT and the material update makes the Catalyst 2025 lighter and more responsive than ever. The practically zero stretch in the lower body of the sail thanks to carbon fiber allowed for a firm profile, creating an incredible stable and responsive structure particularly important in a 3-batten sail. Technology that combines the highest value of High-Tech fabric resistance with minimal elasticity in the lower body of the sail and in "high-stress" areas, then progressively lighter as you move up the sail. The lower body of the sail is now built entirely with S2Maui's exclusive  Hyper-Blue Carbon Spacelight™ , which gives incredible stability, provides extreme resistance where needed, and has zero stretch characteristics.
The central and upper body of the sail is built in Technora™ SpaceLight™ ultralight, durable, and responsive, with a reduced number of seams. This part of the sail has benefited the most from incredible lightness, reducing swing weight and providing a lightning-fast Leech response. All panels are carefully load-oriented for excellent profile, stability, and wind-range, for gusty and offshore conditions. 
The construction GRADIENT CONCEPT   Reduction of seams and expanded use of the Technora™ Spacelight™ lightweight material in the upper sail give the new Catalyst 2024 an incredibly light feel and lightning-fast maneuverability.

 The 2025 Catalyst is the lightest 3-batten wave sail on the market! Instant ON/OFF, with very smooth power delivery. Fast, soft, maneuverable; it offers impeccable curves and speed during turns. The neutrality and invisibility between the hands is something unimaginable, a sail that can be used with two fingers. 

Featherweight, low pull on the back hand, designed for explosive and fast maneuvers equipped with instant stability and reactivity for top-level performance giving "energy" to wave-riding. It will facilitate aggressive lines and progressive moves like taka, goiters, and 360°. Fast and agile, the Catalyst allows you to achieve more verticality in the wave section and deeper cuts.
