The 2024 Alchemy is the incredibly fluid, stable, and versatile 5-batten sail with great top-end and wind range. Thanks to the use of premium materials, it is as light as a 4-batten.
New for 2024: GRADIENT CONCEPT by S2Maui™ combines the highest value of high-tech fabric resistance with minimal stretch in the lower body of the sail and in "high-stress" areas, becoming progressively lighter as you move up the sail.
The lower body of the sail is now entirely built with the exclusive Carbon WX SpaceLight™ by S2Maui, which provides incredible stability, extreme resistance where needed, and has zero stretch characteristics.
The central and upper body of the sail is built in Technora™ SpaceLight™ ultralight, durable, and responsive, with a reduced number of seams. This part of the sail has benefited the most from incredible lightness, reducing the swing weight.
Thanks to the new GRADIENT CONCEPT, the Alchemy is even lighter, more durable, and more responsive. Reducing the number of seams and increasing the use of Technora™ Spacelight™ in the upper part has further reduced weight and improved handling.
A user-friendly sail, equipped with classic handling, early planing, and smooth and constant acceleration. Even for wave-riding, it has extraordinary stability and efficiency at all times. The Alchemy excels in all wave and wind conditions and in bump-n-jump conditions. Its incredible ability to point upwind quickly brings you back upwind, and its perfect balance aids in aerial maneuvers and jumping propensity, always providing control and stability. Covering and surpassing the traditional "power wave" sail capabilities, the Alchemy can be safely used in any condition, from bump-and-jump to side-shore effortlessly. Thanks to the layout and panel load system WARP-PATH™ and the stability of the 5 battens, it releases excess power without overloading the backhand, offering responsiveness and twist of the Leech for an incredible feeling of lightness
