MUTANT CHARACTERISTICS AND PERFORMANCE:

Fin for high-performance wave riding. The MUTANT excels in maneuverability and can be used in all wave conditions (ON/SIDE shore). The straight entry of the leading edge provides fast planing, excellent for ON-Shore conditions. The pronounced rake from the center of the Fin generates great acceleration and grip, allowing strong pushes in the curves for solid and powerful bottom turns in SIDE-Shore conditions. Thanks to its excellent flex and reflex, developed after countless hours of testing and development, the MUTANT allows great maneuverability, with flex designed to increase sensitivity and provide smoother entry into bottom turns, storing and releasing power when entering top turns.

The reduced area generates a quick response and excellent control of the Board with strong winds and chop, and the entry into curves and rail changes require less pressure, the rail remains gripped for a positive radius. By increasing the size of the rear Fin, on-shore performance is improved, while for side and side-offshore conditions, a more balanced setup with a smaller rear Fin promotes a surfing/wave riding style.

Thanks to their versatility, the MUTANT are the best choice for both Thruster and Quad. The modern US-SB mount allows the use of fins in both a Slot box and a US box.

FLEX: MEDIUM

OFF FINS manufactures custom next-generation fins for windsurfing. They are designed in 3D, machined with CNC machines, using a state-of-the-art molding process with precision reaching the micron level. Made of prepreg fiberglass through heat-pressed molding. The fiberglass used has over 40 layers that make the material more resistant and solid. Compared to G10, it allows for a weight reduction of about 20% while maintaining the same strength, but more importantly, it achieves flex and reflex that G10 does not have. Each Fin is tested by the OFF team to ensure maximum quality and high performance.

OFF Fins also uses prepreg carbon fiber. (Heat-Pressed-Full Carbon) which is employed in freestyle fins.
